Bull Pond

Bull Pond is a small, rural pond in central Florida. It’s right outside of Hawthorne, an area thriving with a plethora of bodies of water.

The pond is 40 minutes from UF Health Shands Hospital and 50 minutes from Ocala International Airport. It's 15 minutes from Hitchcock's Market, a popular Floridian supermarket, and there are public schools in Hawthorne. It’s also a little over an hour to the Atlantic Ocean.

The Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway provides hiking and biking trails, a playground, camping, and fishing opportunities.

The Rodman Reservoir, a 9,500-acre lake filled with bream, bass, catfish, and mullet, is a mere 15 minutes from the pond. There are several campgrounds around the lake, as well as a two-lane boat ramp on the east side.
